" My experience was flawless. Nothing went wrong. Fortunately there was no need for use of the additional insurance I purchased, but I was surprised by my ignorance of how little is covered by the additional insurance. It is definitely not like car rental insurance in the USA. The car was perfectly clean. We were guided directly to the car from our gate. We waited a few minutes for the attendant, but we were soon on our way. Drop off was also quick. I would use this service again. "
