We pride ourselves on providing top-notch service and high-quality, affordable vehicles to all of our customers, and we're thrilled to hear that they have had positive experiences with us. Below are the reviews we have received from our Langkawi car rental customers.
" Fast response, great service and car provided was in great condition. Im a happy customer and definitely will suggest LangkawiBook to the others too. "
" We came from Turkey and rented a car for four people. They gave us a Toyota Vios. The staff were very attentive and friendly. They met us right outside the airport exit and handed over the car there. The car was clean and in good condition, with strong air conditioning. The windows were covered with dark tint, which prevented sunlight from entering—this is very important for keeping the car cool. When we returned the car, the staff met us again right at the airport entrance. There are special parking spots marked “Langkawibook,” and we were able to return the car very easily there. It was a great car rental experience for us. Thank you! "
" This service was great! The car we used was in great condition. We used it for a group of 5 for a 4 days stay. Went all over the island yet managed to keep the petrol within rm50. Afifudin was very gracious and helpful in the whole process. The pickup and drop off process of the car was as smooth as it gets. Would definitely do it again on my next trip! "
" Very quick and easy to collect and return the car. Great price on the rental. Highly recommend. "
" I have used their service to rent a car twice in Langkawi and both times the experience was great for us. The car booking experience online is straight forward and fast. The car was waiting for us at airport both times and pick up and drop off process was fast as well. Only thing I can complain about is that their rental rates are on higher side compared to other local rental companies where one can bargain to get a cheaper rate but if you don’t want all that hassle and want to have a fast and smooth experience renting a good conditioned car, then recommend go for their services "
" Overall service is very good and convenient. Mr Saifuldin is very attentive and helpful with friendly service. Thumbs up to this car rental service. 👍 "
" Good condition & comfortable when driving. Easy pickup and drop. "
" We had a great experience with the car rental. We had to change the pickup point in last minute to the ferry terminal on the other end of the island. They managed to deliver the car on time. The communication via WhatsApp was perfect. "
" The car was in immaculate condition. Fuel Tank provided was completely full. "

The team — Afifudin, Adzan, and Munira — were incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive to every detail, making sure I had everything I needed for a perfect trip. Their warm and professional behaviour truly stood out. The car was in excellent condition, clean, and ready on time. I highly recommend langkawibook.com to anyone visiting Langkawi. " I will say right away that this is my best car rental experience in my entire travel experience, I have rented a car in 10 different countries. And for those who are afraid to rent a car, fearing left-hand traffic - do not be afraid. The roads are excellent, there are markings everywhere, everything is very clear and the lanes on most roads are wide, which makes it comfortable to drive. A car with air conditioning is definitely more comfortable than a bike. I definitely recommend it. I travel with my wife and inexpensive and compact models are always enough for us. The car we chose was not available and the employees upgraded our car class at no extra charge. We received a wonderful new car with low mileage. We traveled around the entire island and had a lot of fun. The car is comfortable, beautiful, you can turn on your own music, there are USB ports for charging gadgets. In short, it is just right for travelers like us. I am attaching a photo of the car. But there were also tasks with an asterisk. On the road you will recognize local residents immediately, they are nice people who will let you pass on narrow roads, will tell you the direction, very nice people. But tourists seemed to get their driver's licenses in the underground passage near the metro. Rejoice in the locals and be afraid of tourists. Also be prepared for the fact that while you are swimming in the waterfall, then returning to the parking lot you will find that your car has been occupied by monkeys. Thank God we had mangoes with us. We bargained with the monkeys that for three mangoes they will return our car. (Photo attached). Also keep in mind that when filling a full tank of fuel it is better to have cash. When returning the car, Saifuldin came to us, in ours, Saif. Saif turned out to be a very friendly guy, however, like all the locals we met, we talked, exchanged experiences of the holiday. Without further ado, he checked whether we hid the car, drained the gas, and scratched it with nails. We'll check everything, on this note we said goodbye to our baby on this vacation. Important: 1. There is no deposit or passport requirement here, as in a number of other countries. This is a huge plus. 2. All the staff and employees are very attentive and try to help without trying to sell you crap. The cars are intact, beautiful, and with a whole chassis, unlike in Thailand, for example. 10 out of 10. 3. Have cash for refueling. You can pay by card for the number of liters you need. But when filling up the tank to return the car, it is better to have cash. 4. They do not require washing the car after returning it, and do not charge an additional fee. 100 out of 10. "
" Thank you LangkawiBook for the easy and professional service throughout my booking. Thanks to staff Saifuldin for the good service too "
" Good service. Recommended "
" Great service and car, easy to contact agent (Saifuldin) "
" Rented car was new and clean and well maintained. Pick-up process was quick and fuss free with a quick inspection of the vehicle and signing on the phone. Return process was also fuss free and easy. Staff of LangkawiBook are friendly and professional.
