" Simple and convenient pickup and return process. Car is clean and received with a full tank. Only negative is that the car had no Bluetooth. Thank you for Ayadi and Syazwan for patiently waiting for us during pickup and return, "
" The car met my expectations. I received it clean, smelling nice, and with a full tank of gas. The pick-up and return process was quick and very convenient. Thank you, Natasha :) "
" Good service, car was waiting at airport, easy to find. Good communications wit us and easy to return. Thank you very much for your friendly and helpful service! Car itself was great, I wish we had this model in Australia! "
" Car is new and thorough inspection are conducted for all parties. Enquiries are fast and responsive. No complaints as I had no trouble receiving and returning the car. Definitely the car rental of choice as the price is reasonable. Plus point : Car is slightly tinted to reduce the heat in the car during hot weather. Exceptional customer service by Mohammad Syafaris for his communication service. Pro tip : Some roads in Langkawi are small, tight and single lane, plan your route carefully (using waze instead of maps) as the bushes might scratch the car. Some cases the road conditions may contain potholes but overall Langkawi roads are good. Dirt and non paved roads are quite common in langkawi for some attraction spots. Avoid parking under trees to avoid branches falling onto the car during monsoon season. Hope this helps ! "
" Excellent service, from booking to collection and drop-off. The car was also very good, as I expected. "
" Great service. The car was ready on arrival. They also proactively texted me that they will wait for me at the airport. The same was also done for me to send the car back to the airport. Process was seamless. Thank you. "
" Car was clean and well maintained. Prompt Pickup by Natasya. Great team. "
" The car was spacious and well maintained. Good service from Natasya. Thank you so much. "
" Very good service. Natasha assisted me throughout it all. Everything was done online, including booking, payment, asking queries etc. Upon landing in Langkawi Airport, I immediately got a call to collect the car from the airport without any delay or requiring me to wait. No documents required prior to that, they only took a picture of my driving license before handing the car to me. Similarly, when returning the car, it was so smooth and easy as Natasha was already waiting at the airport for me to drop it off. The car was new, clean and in perfect condition. Totally recommend renting your car with Natasha and team! Had a pleasant experience renting with them. "
