Ulasan Kereta Sewa Kami

" Great professional service from pick up to drop off. Both heroes (Fiq Azri at pick up and Syazwan at drop off) were on time and helpful. The online service was easy to use. The car was great - loads of features for a new Myvi. Even the British husband was pleasantly surprised. A great car for 4 adults or young family. We had three kids and had a car seat too - and it was comfy for the kids. Friendly, flawless and efficient. "

" Started from the booking process, it was very convenience and plenty of options that suit my need. The confirmation, communication with customer prior to the trip made me feel no worry. The condition and cleanliness of the car was great. The delivery and pick up was seamless. Thanks to Syazwan from the first till last contact. Well done and see you again. "

" Better to have peace of mind booking with LANGKAWI BOOKS. Their service and friendly nature of the staffs. Their helping tendency is all 5Star. They adjust to whatever terms we request. Their guidance to receive us @ airport and return pick up all guided in a perfect manner. 5Star rating is good to evaluate them. "

" Booked the Zenix 2.0 for 5 adults and 2 kids. Really enjoy the driving experience, car is well maintained we do visit Pegaga vegan restaurants, the restaurant located at up hill and road leading to restaurant is very slanted at least 45deg or more. But enough power to bring us up. Overall experience from booking, car hand over process is very smooth and easy. I must said all staff of Langkawi book is very friendly and answer all the questions we have including weather or parking, usually the reply is instantaneous, salute them. However I do get one summon as forgot to pay parking in time, beware of it, and if pay immediately it’s only 10 ringgit. "

" Last week we booked our car rental from this company. It was all booked within a few minutes and ready at the airport as soon we landed. We were met by Farid who was polite and informative and helped us with the luggage into the vehicle and showed us around the vehicle. Even on the return we were greeted again by Farid who helped with the luggage again and checked the vehicle again. I would definitely be using this company again as they offer a smooth and stress free approach. Thanks again Farid and Langkawibook :-) "
