We pride ourselves on providing top-notch service and high-quality, affordable vehicles to all of our customers, and we're thrilled to hear that they have had positive experiences with us. Below are the reviews we have received from our Langkawi car rental customers.
" Had an amazing experience. Rented a Toyota Velox. The car was in perfect condition. They dropped it off to the resort and collected it from there as well. 6 stars service! "
" On time, hassle free. Car is clean and works well! Easy booking done online! Good price. "
" Everything went smooth. Contact with car rental was good and Syahidzam was waiting for us during check in and he has also provided us more information about attractions on the island. "
" LangkawiBook delivered the vehicle on time, with easy pickup instructions that really helped a lot when our flight was delayed. The vehicle (Nissan Serena) was clean and well maintained, and we had an enjoyable 4-day trip with the vehicle. LangkawiBook was also very accommodating with the return timing, giving us some allowance to return the vehicle at a slightly later timing when our return flight was delayed (again). Thank you for a great booking experience! "
" Everything was easy and amazing. Yusuf was a huge help throughout the whole process "
" Thank you.. LangkawiBook, Ease of booking and getting delivery of vehicle and drop off like a breeze... "
" Habe bereits das zweite Mal hier mein Auto gemietet und wiedermal hat alles bestens geklappt! Ich hatte einmal vergessen das Licht im Auto zu schließen und die Batterie war tot nach einem Anruf waren die innerhalb von 10 min da und haben mir mit dem Auto Starthilfe gegeben super Service ! Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen nächstes Mal wieder 👍 Translated: I’ve rented my car here for the second time already, and once again everything went perfectly! One time I forgot to turn off the car lights and the battery died — after one phone call they arrived within 10 minutes and jump-started the car for me. Super service! I can highly recommend them, I will rent here again next time 👍 "
" Taking over the car was fast. The car is quite new and great to drive around langkawi. Returning the car was easy too. Would rent again from langkawi book if i were to return again. Thank you for the great service. "
" Easy rental. Good, clear communication. Car was perfect for us. Well priced. Loved Langkawi and when we return will def use these guys again. "
" Can totally recommend this company. Rented the lowest category originally for two days. Shortly after I realized that I want to extend the rental agreement for another day. Got in contact with the support via WhatsApp and they arranged it within minutes. The car was delivered to my hotel at the exact time and it was clean, full tank and had the booked child seat installed. As written, I booked the lowest category, so nothing fancy to expect. Automatic drive, air-con working, mobile holder, tainted windows. Everything worked fine. Return at my hotel was easy at the agreed time "
" excellent service. the car are all well maintained "
" Good condition cars and cleanliness. Prompt services "

" Very nice car and rental experience. Friendly and helpful staff. Pleasant to have no haggling at return and drop off point. "
" Rented 2 cars and was not disappointed. Cars were handed to us in a clean state. Before handing over the keys to me, one of the staff took a video of the cars to document their current state and also to avoid any misunderstandings when returning. Another plus point, the price :) "
" Great service at reasonable price with prompt response on my feedback. Responsive actions! Recommended. "
