We pride ourselves on providing top-notch service and high-quality, affordable vehicles to all of our customers, and we're thrilled to hear that they have had positive experiences with us. Below are the reviews we have received from our Langkawi car rental customers.
" Terbaik, kereta cantik, staff peramah. Recommend 100% "
" This is my third time renting a car from Langkawibook, and once again, I’m extremely satisfied with their service! I rented a Staria this time, and the car was brand new and spotlessly clean, which made the entire trip even more enjoyable. The price was very attractive compared to other rental services in the area. Special thanks to Muhammad Afifudin for his excellent service—he’s always professional, friendly, and goes the extra mile to make sure everything runs smoothly. Highly recommend Langkawibook for anyone visiting Langkawi! "
" It was very easy to receive and drop the car from Airport. Good service. If they provide full insurance, it would be better. Otherwise very nice handling. "
" Great company to deal with, staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. Met us at airport and took us to office to do paperwork car was very clean and in good order. . Easy return drove to airport and was met by friendly helpful staff member. Highly recommend this company. "
" 5 stars for LangkawiBook. Booking website is so well organised and user friendly. Simple and Convenient. Payment is easy. Customer service is very responsive and the staffs handing over the vehicle are friendly. The only thing I think has a tiny room of improvement from it's already superb service is that different number were used to contact me for pick up and drop off, so I have a slight concern if there is fraudster pretending LangkawiBook and collect the vehicle back from us. 😅 Overall experience 95/100 👍👍👍👍 "

" Easy to deal with, car was dropped off directly in front of hotel. Very convenient and fairly new car. Overall very satisfied. "
" Customer Service was great, from booking to collecting to returning. The car was in a great state, very clean and spacious. 10/10 would rent again "
" I really recommend LangkawiBook if you need a rental car for your stay in Langkawi. It's easy and without problems. I made a mistake in my online reservation. I asked for the vehicle to be ready at 10:30 PM instead of 10:30 AM. I realized my mistake the same day at 9 AM just before boarding the plane for Langkawi. I contacted them on Whatsapp and the problem was solved directly without any problem. A few days later I asked if it was possible to rent the vehicle for an additional day, and here the same thing, I contacted them again by whatsapp and after 5 minutes it was settled. They just needed a few minutes to check if the car was available. They send me a link to pay the amount for the extra day and done. I would like to thank the Whatsapp team of Langkawibook as well as Mr. Muhammad Farid who helped us with the pickup of the vehicle and Mr. Muhammad Ayadi who helped us with the return of the vehicle. Langkawibook communicates quickly and efficiently on Whatsapp. Thank you for everything, I will certainly rent a car again with Langkawibook if I come back to Langkawi. "
" The car was clean, and the communication through WhatsApp was clear and efficient regarding the pick-up and return process. We were very happy with the service and would definitely recommend it to others. "
